While other Silicone Hose suppliers have 3, 4, and even 5 week lead-time for even the most standard products, Flex Technologies maintains the most comprehensive inventory in the U.S. We will carry up to 3 months stock for many of our customers, which means, the product is ready when you are. We stock over 600 SKU's at all times and in most cases can arrange for same day shipping.

When it comes to expert support, FlexTechnologies stays with you 100% of the way. Call one of our skilled Design Engineers to assist in the development of your own custom products. FlexTechnologies can custom fabricate any product imaginable. We offer in house CAD and prototype capabilities as well as complete testing and certification.

Private Label Customers... No Problem! Contact your FlexTechnologies Sales Engineer to arrange for your custom branded hose sample. Utilizing the most advanced printing methods available, we will gladly brand your product with single or multicolor inks that are actually heat fused to the hose. Our custom designed inks and printing systems offer a permanent branding solution.

Business Terms & Conditions

New Account Form: An account may be established with completion of the New Account Form. Until a successful track record is established, customers may pay cash or company check when delivered

Lead Times and Shipment: The customer typically will receive standard orders within 3 to 5 business days. Orders will normally be shipped via UPS ground. Shipments may be made freight collect with customer supplied account details.

Customer Service Standards: Our policy is to respond to all customer communication by email, fax, etc. by the end of the business day it was received. We encourage the use of email but are always pleased to speak with you directly. We will communicate with you in a friendly professional manner.

Pricing and Minimum Order Amount: Pricing will be provided in a Customer Price List. There is a minimum order amount of $100.00 per order. Discounts are available with an annual forecast and volume purchases.

Payment Terms: All international orders require prepayment by credit card or wire transfer. Cash on delivery (COD) payment is available with a minimum order of $100.00 Credit may be offered after several successful shipments and adequate credit references. If credit is offered payment is due on or before 30 days of the invoice date.

Cancellation of Orders: Cancellations will be accepted on standard products, Private Label and special orders are generally not accepted. A cancellation fee of up to 100% of the price may be applied, as determined by Flex Technologies.

Returns: Return orders require a valid Flex Technologies provided RMA#. Any packages that do not clearly show this # will be returned at customers expense. Prior authorization is required before any goods may be returned. Returns on Private Label goods will not be accepted, except in unusual circumstances. An RMA number may be obtained from Customer Service. Any returns accepted are subject to a 25% Re-stocking Fee or $25.00 whichever is greater.

Quotes: All RFQ's (Request for Quote) will be returned to the customer within 72 Hours. Please note "Rush Quote" when submitting if faster service is required. We prefer to receive any design work by email in any of these file formats (.dwg .jpg .bmp .pdf .eps).

Private Labeling: There is a non-recurring set-up charge of approximately $350.00 for private label orders and a minimum order amount of $1000.00
