When many people think of silicone hoses for their engines, the only thought that often comes to mind is that a silicone hose will give your engine a nice color. While a colorful hose is certainly appealing to the eyes, aesthetics aren't the only reason as to why you should consider a silicone radiator hose. In fact, many benefits come with utilizing silicone hoses rather than rubber hoses for your radiator. The following is a list of top of those benefits:

• Durability- Rubber hoses can easily become weaker over time. They are susceptible to leaking, splitting, cracking and bulging. Silicone, however, will last you much longer.
